And you will know how to apply product discovery methodologies in real life cases. Finally, you will be able to prioritize any problem and execution task, with a rigorous step by step framework, and pitch your product approach to any kind of stakeholder.

Hello, I am Stefano. I am a previous strategy consultant turned into product manager. I have been working in the tech industry for the last 8 years and I am now, since 3 years, in charge of payments and checkout related products in Zalando, the largest fashion e-commerce firm in Europe.
My focus as a Principal PM is on discovering, designing, launching and improving payment and checkout experiences within Zalando.
I have lead dozens of end2end product launches (from discovery to execution) covering all the checkout experience until the payment completion, collaborating with multiple teams across all the e-commerce journey.
I am part of the Zalando Product community, where I actively contribute by providing trainings, interviewing candidates and mentoring other junior product managers.

Few optional exercises will be given to students at the end of each week (max 3 hours of work) to test and practice their knowledge with real life product cases.
You will spend more than 8 hours live with Stefano. The course tries to compress in a easy to digest and pragmatic way years of product experience. Recordings for all modules will also be made available for you to watch anytime.
