Course overview
What To Expect
Our definition of success for cohort members is you becoming a power user fully capable of using the full range of Notion's abilities to build pages and databases that meet your custom needs.
Live instructional sessions will be combined with guided build time to help you outline, iterate, and complete a Notion build of your own.
Sessions cover a wide range of Notion topics - each lesson builds on the last giving students a chance to implement each week's lessons into their builds.

Start & finish a Notion project of your own with instructor guidance
Each student brings a project (small or large) to the cohort - we use each project as a case study so students benefit from 1:1 coaching for their project needs AND get an opportunity to learn from other's projects.

Each week students participate in live learning sessions beginning with page/database basics and advancing into formulas, automations, and UX/UI optimization.

Weekly Prep Work
30-60 minutes A Week
Prep work to revisit topics discussed in previous weeks and preparation material to complete for the current week. Material will help facilitate and guide our live sessions.

Having helped over 65 clients optimize Notion, he has established himself as a consultant who builds Notion workspaces designed for ease of use, advanced funcitonality and team engagement.

Ray is the creator and consultant behind the Notion Workflow brand on YouTube and Twitter (X). He is passionate about helping others learn, optimize, and accomplish more through the power of Notion. His original templates have been downloaded over 1500 times across 70+ countries. He assists Grey with Stakt Clients and has also completed various builds for agencies and individuals under the Notion Workflow brand. He understands the complexities that go into creating functional, intuitive, and robust Notion dashboards and systems for both teams and individuals.
