As a Harvard-trained cultural anthropologist with a Masters in piano performance and a lifetime of experience teaching communication skills, I’ve practiced the art of possibility ever since studying with Ben Zander at New England Conservatory of Music.

While I enjoyed teaching and researching, I didn’t see knowledge alone making a visible and practical difference in the world. There was a knowing-doing gap, and I wanted to know how to close it. Starting with myself — the one person I could change.

This began a learning journey of becoming aware of my mind, learning to sense the data from my body, and harmonizing my mind-body system so that I could begin to co-create the future I wanted to live in.
