I led technology teams at Etsy, Spotify, Universal Music Group, and EMI Music for two decades. Over the years, the parts that resonated most for me were being of service to people, creating and operationalizing strategy, problem-solving and fostering a culture of belonging where everyone could show up and flourish.

Connecting with the impact that matters most to me is what brought me to coaching. Now I work alongside people navigating transitions and support them in doing so with intention and courage.

As a trained Co-Active coach (ACC and CPCC certifications in progress), I guide clients through life’s complexities using a framework that fosters growth, self-discovery, and purpose. I create spaces for belonging, deep connection, and transformative change, drawing on my experiences as a leader, artist, and human who knows the power of resilience.

I'm also a hospice volunteer and am in training to become a death doula. The end of life is a transition that we all experience, both personally and through the passing of those we love. If you are working through grief, know that you don't have to do so alone.
