I am a career coach and leader who is passionate about helping others move forward in their careers while maintaining a work-life balance. 

In my IT career, I worked as a software engineer and technical project manager for the first 10 years before taking the leap and continuing my further development as an agile coach, product manager and entrepreneur.

In my free time, I have initiated and led agile testing and women in tech & lead communities and gained experience and insights around different challenges on both employer and employee sides. 

I can proudly say that the clients I work with are better prepared to solve difficult work challenges and feel more confident to take on larger leadership roles. I provide them with the skills, frameworks and tools they need to lead successfully with their team members, partners and stakeholders.

I have a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zurich, one of Europe's leading universities, and a Master in Information Systems and Technologies. My professional experience has taught me how to create connections based on trust so that we can build competent, committed and high-performing teams.
