👨🏼‍🚒Incident Response: I have run firsthand incident response for companies several times in multiple scenarios, including internal and external investigations. I also understand the nuances and importance of having a well executed and rehearsed IR/Communication plan as well keeping leadership informed to help make the right decisions.

🛣️Roadmaps: I have a founder’s mentality and product management mindset and understand the difficulty of managing priorities in Engineering. I’ve put together multiple security roadmaps and budgets and have worked with product leaders to influence their product roadmaps.

As someone with a technical and leadership background and entrepreneur, I know very well the importance of hiring and how to screen people, ask the right questions, and measure their soft and hard skills.
