Performance Psychologist

I am a licensed counseling and sport psychologist and certified mental performance coach working in professional sports. I’ve worked with elite teams and performers from a range of domains, including the NBA and NFL, the Olympics, Army Special Forces, Fortune 5 Companies, and Venture-Backed Start-ups.


Now, I'm going to share the same secrets and strategies I use to elevate those performers with you.


My expertise is in helping people adopt the mindsets they need to be their best when it matters most. I've honed the skills necessary to help some of the best athletes in the world perform at their peak. I can't wait to teach you those same skills and help you integrate them into your life.


My role in this process is to coach you - to help you get from where you are, to where you want to be. During this 3-week journey together, we're going to experiment with new practices and behaviors, build your confidence, and help you take constructive risks. We're going to go from surviving to thriving.


Outside of work, I have an awesome partner, a dog, and soon-to-be baby girl on the way. I love hiking and time outdoors, and a good meal!

Consistent Performance Under Pressure

In the first session, we are going to learn how to come through in the clutch and master:


  • appraising challenges and identifying controllables
  • tapping into our signature strengths
  • narrowing our focus to reach our key goals


We'll also have 1 hour of group coaching on this same subject.

Develop an Elite Winning Mindset

There's a science to performance planning and reaching the top. In this session, we'll cover:


  • How to plan for performance
  • Skills to enhance your psychological states
  • Simple strategies for overcoming obstacles


You'll leave with a performance playbook.


We'll have 1 hour of group coaching on the same subject.

Sustain Success

In this final session, we'll dive deep into recovery, including:


  • mastering the skill of sleep
  • what it means to actively recover and how to use active recovery to maintain productivity
  • how to bounce back so that mistakes don't pile up.


We'll also have 1 hour of group coaching on this same subject.

Group Coaching

During the course, you can join up to 2 group coaching sessions per week to leverage the power of the community to help you overcome obstacles, raise your self-awareness, and reach your goals.

    In this live session we'll dive into the science of recovery, how to actively recovery, leveraging non-sleep time, and improving sleep.
