We will meet on for five weeks, two hours each week. You will also immediately receive an invite to join AI Savants Network where you can continue your learning and networking between class sessions. And, 1:1 "office hours" sessions will be open to enrolled students, giving you the value of 90 minutes of personal consultation with me during the five week's of the course.

The goal is to accommodate you and your schedule while keeping the cohorts small enough to facilitate group conversation! Live sessions are 2 hours long, broken into three sections: Lectures with Slides, Demos, and Workshops that give some hands-on time.

Skill building begins with "Prompt Engineering" which just means "talking to the AI tools" by asking them questions, making requests, and having them do tasks. The first type of tool you'll work with is ChatGPT. You will also have the option of working with Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or other chatbots. Then you'll move on to a range of other tools that use prompting to create whole workflows, images, music and more.

You'll build your skillset from a single prompt to an AI Agent, to an Automated Workflow. You'll build each week the number of steps AI can help with from 1, to 3, then 5, 7, and 9 steps, augmenting your skills in some cases and automating your daily workflow in others.

Personal and Professional Transformation starts with auditing your own "Tech Stack" (the tools you use daily) as well as documenting your daily workflow in it's current state, then deciding what you want your future tools and future workflow to look like. What do you want to offload to AI, and what do you want to do yourself?

These 2 hour sessions with a week in between give students time to absorb the learnings and transform with AI as part of a living and diverse cohort of colleagues. Time, conversation, and exploration with new tools and concepts is necessary for AI adoption. The changes are incremental at times and rapid at times.

Studies in the past year have shown that employees with AI skills are able to outperform those who do not have them. There is scientific data with clear results. AI doesn't solve all problems, but it accelerates solution discovery for nearly everything. AI is already disrupting jobs. CEOs are seeking ways to make their people more productive with AI.
