Course overview
I studied 250+ successful and failed Product-Led Companies while at OpenView Partners. PLG is one of the fastest growing and most efficient go-to-market-models but it means relearning go-to-market best practices.
In this course you learn:
• Frameworks to turn product data into information.
• How to benchmark the metrics that matter and when they deserve your focus, powered by benchmarks from 500+ companies, big and small.
• How to take inspiration, curate your own creativity and come up with "good" growth ideas, with real-time brainstorming with Sam and your peers.
• Case studies from Sam, world-class PLG companies and sleeper hits you haven't heard of.
• The best ways to drive alignment around your ideas with frameworks and step-by-step templates to prepare you for different scenarios.
• To promote your own work internally and build on it, with extra 1:1 coaching from Sam async.
