Session 1: Who do you want to be?

  • Big Question: What do you stand for?
  • Key Exercise: Values Mapping
  • Outcome: End Session 1 with a clear set of values, which you can recall and communicate on-demand.

Session 2: What are you most proud of?

  • Big Question: What have you achieved?
  • Exercise: Best Stuff Exercise, Proud Moments Interviews
  • Outcome: End Session 2 with an experiential resume that maps the best moments in your career, which you can thread into conversations & interviews.

Session 3: How will you impact the world?

  • Big Question: What is your desired impact? Who is your intended audience?
  • Exercise: Vision & Identity Statements
  • Outcome: LinkedIn headline + bio statement to communicate your purpose concisely.

Session 4: Why do you do what you do?

  • Big Question: What will you be known for?
  • Exercise: Practice threading your values, experiences, vision, and reputation into a concise, memorable story.
  • Take-away: A story you can easily recall and share in interviews, with colleagues, and in across your social network.

    We'll meet once a week for 90 minutes of live, interactive workshops.
