Leaders are born, but GREAT leaders cultivate and develop their skills.

Leadership is a critical aspect of any successful organization. Effective leadership can inspire a team to achieve its goals and reach its full potential. Even though I believe leaders are born, not made, leadership in itself is not an innate skill that everyone possesses. We all have strengths we are born with that we can all leverage with patience and desire, but leadership is also a set of learned behaviors that can be cultivated and developed over time. In this course, we will uncover and unpack the three key traits of effective leadership, known as the 3C's: Confidence, Clarity, and Culture.


Confidence:

Learn to conquer imposter syndrome, leverage emotional intelligence in a more meaningful way, and give and receive more effective feedback that can help make conflict resolution much easier.


Clarity:

Understand why inspiration and motivation is a key driver of success for teams. This manifests through mission and purpose, vision and values, and how to communicate effectively even for introverts out there like me.


Culture:

Culture is what codifies all aspects of great leadership and high performing teams. We'll cover multipliers and accidental diminishers, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and rounding out with how to be an effective coach and mentor.


You'll get simple tools with practical examples that you can put into motion on day 1 of this course. It is designed for you to learn by doing and reflecting. These concepts are not new, but like everything else, success or failure is in the execution. I'll get you there through group learning, coaching, and practice.

Rico Nasol is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur who created a program to help executives, aspiring leaders, and entrepreneurs improve their leadership skills, vision, and team environment while creating more engagement and productivity.


With over 18 years of experience in various capacities across seven countries, Rico rose from humble beginnings to lead hundreds of people globally. He honed his leadership skills at Zappos and continued to refine them as an innovator at Netflix, where he built the Netflix Creative Studio from scratch.


Rico's program shares his journey, including mistakes and valuable lessons, to fast track success and avoid pitfalls. Rico is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential and believes that anyone can become a successful leader with the right mindset and skills.

Course schedule

    Courses will run weekdays with the exception of holidays and special events. Recordings will be available for those that miss a session.
