I was scouring the web for training courses 10 years ago. Only to find frustratingly half-baked information or lengthy, restrictive coaching contracts.


And like you, I was hungry - even starving - to get to the next level.

Sure, I sold a few houses but didn’t know how to become a top producer. What type of marketing works? How much money should I spend? How do I sell myself? What are the magic words that other agents seem to know?


And my processes... well, they were pretty non-existent. (And they really matter!)


In truth, I fell flat on my face. Initially failed out of the industry, failed at building a team, was fired more times than I can count, and burnt out working 8 days/week.


There has to be another way!


So we spent over $500K on marketing to try and find out “what ACTUALLY works.” And guess what, we’ve found it.


It’s database marketing!


Fast forward to today, I’ve co-founded a brokerage, reached the top 1% by production in my market, and helped one of the top proptech companies in North America build out its agent training programs.


I took the hard (and painful) way to get there. Multiple fallings and multiple picking myself ups.

Personality: Frameworks and Differentiation

You'll develop the exact mindset needed to scale your business and thrive regardless of market conditions, rejection, and setbacks. You'll learn about mirrored reciprocity, resilience, confidence, and how to read a client.

Connect: The Bulletproof Prospecting Plan

Should you call, text, or email? And how often should you be prospecting using an SOI-driven model? In this section, you'll build the perfect prospecting plan and the good news is there is only one main prospecting day per week.

Create: Social Media and Building in Public

Most agents don't know what to post and how to consistently create content. Not to mention, creating the right content for prospective real estate buyers and sellers. You'll come away with a brand, plan, and resources to improve your content game.

Build: Build your Database while Having Fun

Develop a repeatable practice for adding names to your SOI and database every week. You will select your building strategy and start implementing these tactics during the course.

Marketing: Nurture and Convert your SOI

How do you ask for a referral? And what's the best way to market to your SOI without being pushy? You'll walk away with the exact touchpoints, scripts, and cadence to always be top of mind with your SOI.

Farm: Geo Farming and The Rev Door Knocking Process

You'll use an exact process to determine the best geo farm in your city and narrow down a precise budget. Then you'll build an annual plan and learn the popular Rev Door Knocking process.

    You'll have the opportunity to get to know your colleagues during the Monday team lunch.

    10 AM - 12 PM EST & 1PM - 3PM EST

  • Wednesday

    10 AM - 12 PM EST & 1PM - 3PM EST

  • Thursday

    30-60 minutes per week

    You'll work directly with the instructor in a 1:1 capacity to implement the system into your own business. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and overcome personal roadblocks.
