You'll learn specific tools to apply in each stage of separation. You'll go through an exercise to rewrite your story using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.

Dealing with withdrawal
Get ready for the withdrawal stage and have a strategy in place for when it hits. You'll learn how the mind and body react to separation and how to manage the cravings for your ex.

Set yourself up for success
You are going to create specific rituals that have been scientifically proven to boost mood and reduce the emotional charge.

Letting go
Apply a step-by-step process to let go of your ex and cut the cord, energetically and emotionally.

Rewiring subconscious beliefs
It's never just about the ex, it's recycled pain. The breakup/divorce ripped a band-aid off of an existing wound. Together, we will identify and take steps to rewiring an old belief that's holding you back.
