Course overview

Strengthen Resilience & Strategic Thinking

In Startup: Liminal, we address the question of "what happens when things go wrong?" Entrepreneurship is not a straight, linear journey. Unexpected things happen, and you must react, where resilience and creativity are paramount when facing unforeseen challenges.

This isn't just a course; it's an interactive narrative where participants take center stage in their entrepreneurial saga, shaping the outcome of their fictional startup and, in turn, their own trajectory toward success. Join us in Startup: Liminal and redefine your entrepreneurial journey through hands-on experience and collaborative problem-solving.

What people are saying

I liked that we were given the opportunity to make important decisions with legitimate consequences. It created simulated pressure that was very exciting.

Having a team that took the program so seriously really helped me learn how to work with multiple personalities and understand how some people have strengths in different areas than others

Startup Quest
Usually the process of creating a startup in my entrepreneurship class at SDSU takes a full 2 years. Here, I have done more in 2 weeks than I have done so far at college.

Startup Quest
I’ve been working on my startup for a year and  I do not have a full marketing strategy done as well as we did for BRAG. I also know much more about financing due to the negotiations for valuation of BRAG.
