Randhir is a talented executive and leading business mind with over 25 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, business development and human resources at both start-ups and large corporations.
Highly accomplished, he has been lauded for his successful business strategies and implementation with companies such as Headspace Inc., where he served as VP of Products, and Yahoo, where he spent time as the Senior Director of Product Management. His professional experiences also include designing, building, and driving the adoption of carefully crafted business solutions, including conveying complex concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
As Omada’s Chief Product Officer, Randhir helps define the strategic direction and leads the product roadmap for the core areas of Omada’s multi-condition virtual care pathways. Sitting at the heart of the customer, business and technology, he oversees and drives a product vision that translates into a valuable consumer experience.
Randhir completed his undergraduate studies at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, India. He then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Personnel Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, also in Mumbai. He earned his Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Emory University in Atlanta.
He enjoys traveling, reading, hiking and trying to cook new dishes. He and his wife live in the San Francisco Bay area and have a daughter and son.
