Course overview
Your breath, if used intentionally, can be a superpower that can remove any blocker and persisting negative pattern.
During our program designed for business people, we use the power of breathwork to help you explore your beliefs and their impact on your life and work. Our guided breathwork sessions transport you into altered states of consciousness, allowing you to examine your beliefs in a new light.
Using our holistic and pragmatic framework called 'The Psychedelic Map For Change' we anchor the breathwork sessions to yourself, your relationships, your role in the workplace, and your place in the world.
Through coaching tools, group sharing, teaching, and integration, you'll be able to identify and overcome limiting beliefs, fears, and resistance.
Our goal is to help you create new beliefs that are more supportive of your long-term growth and expansion in both your professional and personal life. With our breathwork program, you can break unproductive patterns and achieve greater success and fulfilment in all areas of your life.

Ana is a microdosing coach for leaders who want to bring more JOY and ALIVENESS in their work and life.

Ruth has studied Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, the multiple NYT best-selling author. C.I. is a psychotherapeutic approach that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world.
She works with her clients helping them to be 100% responsible and to change their story from victim to creator. Through body work and compassionate inquiry she holds a safe space of curiosity for you to explore and understand yourself at a deeper level.
Ruth also facilitates various online group experiences incl. self-massage and laughing therapy.
Leveraging her OCD-tendencies with a tinkling eye, she is also in charge of timely and accurate participant communications.
You will also have 1 1:1 sessions with Ruth to explore your inner resistance to change in a safe space.
Steven is all about connection…connection to yourself, to others and our environment. He loves helping people to question their reality and reconnect them to what he calls the Simple-Self. That part of you that knows exactly what it needs, how simple it may be. Whether that’s a good conversation with a good friend whilst walking through the woods , being creative, or a little dance.
When we reconnect to the Simple-Self we quickly realise how little we actually need and how we can let go of everything else that doesn't serve us. And that’s where the breath comes in…our breathing doesn’t lie. It connects us straight to what’s alive in us, whether that’s joy or stress. There’s no hiding when it comes to the breath. Which is why it is his favourite tool!
Steven uses all kinds of breathing modules depending on what you need; activating or relaxation techniques for shorter sessions or Conscious Connected Breathing for the more deep and intense sessions.
He has been doing Breathwork sessions on and off for about 7 years until he got fully qualified. Besides being a qualified breathwork facilitator he is also an ICF accredited coach, has a background in Psychology (MSc) and is a Firewalk Facilitator.
For the last 25 years Marcus has optimised his career to play the success game: he is an internationally regarded executive coach, course facilitator and change leadership expert. Marcus has worked with 5000 leaders at Microsoft, Adobe, KPMG, O2, Sanofi Biologics, EON Energy and Lidl as well as nimble game changers like Digital Service Bund, Future Energy Ventures, Xempus, and Desolenator. His company is called audacify, and his 50 Linkedin recommendations tell the story.

After exploring and testing this with business leaders on his podcast Leading Audacious Change and also in two online courses, he will now share his wisdom with you here in this unique and cutting-edge course.
Marcus is also a certified psychedelic integration coach, one of the first in the world. He supports mainly solopreneurs and transformational leaders to achieve non-clinical breakthroughs.
He lives with the love of his life and his son in a forest in the lush Surrey Hills in England. They have co-developed many routines, habits and practices that led to profound personal transformation.
In his role as course leader and change catalyst, Marcus will ignite sparks so you can create personal strategies that help you become the person and leader you always wanted to be. Conscious Connected Breathing

Conscious Connected Breathing is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. This causes shifts in our physiology and allows us to explore altered states of consciousness.
