15 years of B2C eCommerce experience
Stephanie started email marketing when she took over Home Decorators Collection's email program with only two training days. She quickly fell in love with the art and science needed to create a well-thought-out email campaign.
She was the first email hire at Balsam Brands, who built their email program from the ground up. Stephanie has also worked with numerous B2C eComm clients throughout the past few years, helping them develop best-in-class marketing programs.
By focusing on the customer, she grows RPC (revenue per customer) by optimizing existing campaigns and launching automated campaigns. She does so by cutting overall sends, which helps the brand's inbox placement, decreases unsubscribes, and grows overall CLV. In this class, she shares her ironclad method for building a solid marketing strategy.
