We will level set to understand why TPM interviews are difficult and how to avoid common mistakes. You will perfect your introductory pitch to make the right first impression on the interviewer

Competencies and Signals
We will discuss competencies and behavioral signals assessed by hiring managers and interviewers during each interview type. You will learn how to dissect any question to map it to a competency and pick the strongest example from your experience. This framework will also help you build the relevant experience and skills in your current role.

Powerful Storytelling
Powerful storytelling is critical to influencing your interviewer. We will discuss elements of strong stories and how to frame your experience so the interviewer connects with you and is invested in your success.
We will also touch upon key actions required to become success after the interview process is over.
