Course overview

What will I learn in this global workshop series?

You will learn from actual practitioners, a seasoned strategy consulting leader and experienced value creation office leader, plus private equity luminaries as well as PE technology leaders.

This course focuses on learning four key capabilities to power up your LMM-MM private equity firm: 1) Learn how to apply counterintuitive, surprising scientific insights to generate outsized multi-bagger returns consistently (with special emphasis on lower-middle market focused investors); 2) Learn how to incorporate human capital due diligence methods and tools, an essential, yet sometimes overlooked type of diligence; 3) Gain guidance on how to quickly bolt on a new A.I.-enabled, non-linear predictive modeler to scale portfolio companies faster and more reliably; and 4) Explore leading practices to flex transformative leadership across management teams and build coalitions.

Who is this corporate training for?

01

GPs, Operating Partners, Talent Partners & Chief Commercial Officers that aim to gain an edge in innovative methods, systems, and tools.

02

Given the topic of human capital due diligence, the course benefits Deal Team Members looking to expand their range of diligence expertise.

03

Strategy Consultants. This course offers a primer on value creation strategy and technical know-how, plus leading execution tools.

04

C-suite Leaders curious to learn how to maximize revenue, margins, and working capital via Value Creation Offices (VCOs).

What tangible benefits can you expect to gain?

1. Enhance your firm's value creation playbook with a new benchmarking calculator, non-linear predictive modeler, and other operator tools.

Discover case studies and value creation playbooks for 50%+ IRR and 5x+ MOIC. Use accelerator tools to build high-performing teams, align leadership, redesign incentives, overcome reporting challenges, enact culture change, and balance quick returns with long-term transformation.

2. Apply new innovations for A.I.-enabled value creation strategy and portfolio management analytics to mitigate data management risks.

Have a front-row seat for a new, cutting-edge value creation strategy method and toolset, plus a demo on the #1 leading analytics solution that cuts cycle times from weeks to days.

3. Master human capital due diligence accelerators, mathematically-proven performance rubrics for deal teams.

This niche type of due diligence makes or breaks successful acquisitions in the First 100 days. For example, CEOs assessed using market-leading methods deliver 25% greater shareholder value, often enabling a target acquisition to fulfill the investment thesis.

4. Practice using strategic, turnkey and customizable executive coaching toolkits to upskill management teams across portfolio companies.

Explore how such services can achieve leadership excellence and grow EBITDA 10% faster than peers, accelerating a portfolio company's potential from good to great. Gain actionable insights on quickly gaining management team buy-in and adoption of leadership development coaching.

5. Position your firm for future success with access to a curated database of top experts and new business partners from around the globe.

Expand your global network of peers, talented operators, gain fresh ideas to further enhance your edge, plus new insights in sharing career lessons learned.
