Course overview
You will learn from actual practitioners. Hosts and guest speakers consist of seasoned private equity operators, plus luminaries and leaders from both the asset management and private capital markets technology world.
This course focuses on learning four key capabilities to power up your LMM-MM private equity firm: 1) Learn how to apply counterintuitive, surprising scientific insights to generate outsized multi-bagger returns consistently (with special emphasis on lower-middle market focused investors); 2) Learn how to incorporate human capital due diligence methods and tools, an essential, yet often overlooked type of diligence (you will also gain insights into why and how to overcome this with expert stakeholder management and pro tips); 3) Gain guidance on how to quickly bolt on a new A.I.-enabled, non-linear predictive modeler to scale portfolio companies faster and more reliably as well as transform fund and portfolio ops to drive a culture innovation; and 4) Explore leading practices to flex transformative leadership across management teams and build coalitions. Even if you're already an expert, you will learn all of this and from a new, wide-angle lens—from big picture to blueprints—and with some of the best in the business.
