Previously, he supported the U.S. Private Capital Markets leaders at both EY-Parthenon and Korn Ferry with growth strategy and human capital advisory services. Specifically, his top specialties comprise value creation strategy, leadership assessment and development, plus Value Creation Offices (VCOs) that feature exceptional portfolio management analytics. Recently, he led a team to pioneer from the ground up a new A.I.-enabled, non-linear predictive modeler and set of associated value creation playbook accelerators.
