To understand your numbers, you first have to master the basics. We'll simplify the financials and show you how they work and are connected.

Your business should generate cash flow which you can use to grow, expand, or dividend out. We'll break down the basics of cash flow and provide frameworks to help you manage your capital.
Identify, Track, and Act on your Key Metrics
Every business has different factors that impact it. We'll teach you how to identify your most important metrics and how to track them easily.
Build dashboards to assist in identifying problem areas
Each business is slightly different, so your metrics must be specific to YOU. We help you set up systems that will allow you to identify when your KPIs move in and out of their "healthy" range.
Translate your knowledge of numbers to business decisions
One of the hardest things about tracking your numbers is knowing when to take action. We'll help you establish Gates and Buffers to help you hyperfocus on what needs your attention.
Understand and protect your downside
When things go bad, you're more likely to make bad decisions. We'll teach you to understand your downside, be prepared to deal with it if it happens and take offensive and defensive action to prevent it.
Use your numbers to make better decisions and tell your story

Course schedule
4-6 hours per week
Dates TBD
Each week, we'll have live classrooms Tuesday & Thursday.
In between the live classrooms, you'll have access to the instructors via a community.
Other work between sessions may be required to apply your learnings.
Tuesdays
6:30 - 8:00pm PST
Each Tuesday we'll introduce you to a concept and have breakout sessions to allow you to get some practice with it.
We'll then send you away with "homework" to dive into your own situation.
Thursdays
6:30 - 7:30pm PST
Each Thursday we'll recap the Tuesday session and focus on application.
We'll do a lot Q&A and exercises during these sessions, so come ready to engage!
Pre-recorded materials
2 hours per week
Each week we have pre-recorded materials for you to digest between sessions.
This allows us to deliver the principles clearly and reserve the time in the live sessions for interactive teaching.
Have to miss a session?
All sessions will be recorded, so if you have to miss a session you can watch it on your own time.
