See what people are saying about what Michelle teaches

This course was exactly what I needed to level up my coaching around decision-making. I came away with both a stronger theoretical understanding of decision-making and tactical frameworks that I found myself immediately able to use in my coaching sessions.

This course was incredibly engaging and I am really excited to integrate these tools in my everyday work. Although I've read a lot about decision making and career development, Michelle's course is the most impactful resource that shapes my practice and approach to coaching.
Amanda S.

Amanda S.

Senior Academic & Career Coach at the University of Minnesota
Michelle helped me redesign the decision-making content for our Designing Your Life course at Stanford, and the material that Michelle helped us incorporate is consistently named as one of the most valuable parts of the course on our evaluations. I strongly recommend Michelle as a collaborator, speaker, and decision-making expert.

I found that the tools from Michelle's Stanford class, unlike many other decision engineering classes, cover both the qualitative and the quantitative aspects of decision making. Michelle's tools have made their way into my decision process at the work-place and are so useful that I find myself applying it to personal situations as well.
