Course overview
Power is rarely discussed explicitly at work, but it’s present everywhere – from casual Slack chats to major promotion decisions. This deeply-researched course will help you understand how power works at work, so you can navigate crucial interactions with more intention, gain buy-in, be more visible and influential, and ultimately accelerate your career.
After years of navigating work politics as operators and providing executive coaching to high-achieving women, we built this course because we noticed women engaging with power in ways that are different from men -- or avoiding the topic all together. By addressing how power works head-on, we believe women will be better equipped to find satisfaction and success at work, even in male-dominated or hyper-political environments.
Our course is rooted in research, brought to life by group discussion and personal anecdotes, and is designed for female professionals.
01
Women who want to step out of their routine to think about new habits that can accelerate their career and improve their job satisfaction.
02
Rising female leaders who want to feel more in control during negotiation and collaboration, and want their opinions to be more valued.
03
Women who work cross-functionally regularly and need to influence without authority at multiple levels.
04
Professionals who value diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
