Course overview
Most people think you need a developer or MVP to validate your product idea.
That's not true.
The best product leaders know how to de-risk a product before bringing a technical co-founder or developers onto the team.
By the end of the course, you will be equipped with a robust toolkit for customer discovery and idea validation that can be performed without technical expertise.
You will gain the skills to significantly reduce the risk of building products that don't meet market needs.
Learn to navigate the crucial early stages of product ideation and validation, mastering techniques to deeply understand your target customers and their problems.
Develop proficiency in defining customer segments, recruiting customers, and conducting interviews that gather actionable insights.
Distill these insights into compelling value propositions and identify key business assumptions.
The course culminates in teaching you how to design and execute Minimum Viable Tests, enabling rapid validation of your product ideas with minimal resources and no developers
This skillset is crucial not only for startup founders but also highly valuable for product managers in established companies, helping them make more informed, customer-centric decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
