What is a cognitive enhancing or peak performance protocol?
It is a recipe of step-by-step mind and body actions to invest in yourself and achieve your true potential inside.
Here's an example of Josh's morning flow protocol:
- Go to bed at 9:30 PM
- Wake up when the body wants (5:30 to 6:30 AM typically).
- Stretching in coherence with breath
- 20-40 minutes of silent meditation

- Music ON with binaural beats to optimize flow brainwaves.
