What is a cognitive enhancing or peak performance protocol?

It is a recipe of step-by-step mind and body actions to invest in yourself and unleash your true potential.


Here's an example of Josh's morning flow protocol:

- Go to bed at 9:30 PM

- Wake up when the body wants (5:30 to 6:30 AM typically).

- Stretching in coherence with breath

- 20-40 minutes of silent meditation

- Coffee with Lion's Mane Extract

- Music ON with binaural bits to optimize flow brainwaves.


With this performance protocol, Josh unlocks 2 to 4 hours of hyperproductive and hyper-creative flow work. He even loses the sense of space and time! This helps him get done what he'd produce in 1 to 3 days of nonflow state work.
