Heather Miller is a seasoned product leader with a proven track record across hardware, software, and consulting. Heather’s expertise spans the full product lifecycle, from business case development and market analysis to agile leadership and regulatory strategy. She has led high-impact initiatives at companies like Philips and NetHealth, where she was known as the go-to person for solving complex problems and delivering tangible results. Whether launching a telehealth platform in record time or spearheading advanced development projects in health technology, Heather brings a blend of pragmatism, innovation, and collaboration to everything she does.
Heather holds a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Western Governors University. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and has earned certifications in Evidence-Based Management and Product Leadership. Through her teaching and consulting, Heather empowers aspiring and current Product Managers to scale their skills, strengthen their executive presence, and lead with confidence.
