A short excerpt from a longer session - we explored the dangerous assumption that knowledge of cognitive biases renders us immune. It recounts the tragic story of a mountain climber, whose fatal decision, driven by the sunk cost fallacy, illustrates that even experts can fall prey to cognitive biases.
