The Career Design Program is an 8-week program to help you:


  • Build a career centred around your individuality.


  • Learn a professional code of conduct to overcome procrastination and self-doubt.


  • Ship consistently and level up through generosity and empathy.

The Career Design Program is not for everyone. But it could be for you.

The Career Design Program is action-oriented and we will be posting our work out in the world through multiple projects.

CREATE


  • Write. Click. Paint. Play. Sing. Dance. Choose your canvas and your tools.


  • Start building your 'Creative Confidence' by writing and sharing your dailies with your cohort.


  • Build your stamina to do 4 hours of deep work every day through Focus Hours.

SHIP


  • Setup your website and blog. Publish one entry daily for 8 weeks.


  • Make your podcast live. Find your voice and start sharing it


  • Create your Channel: Become comfortable in recording and posting your video on the internet.

LEARN


  • Inculcate a habit of Deliberate Learning like a professional?


  • Choose what you need to learn to level up.


  • Set a timeline, build a schedule and a budget.

CONNECT


  • Learn how to get your 1000 true fans from 10 to 100 to 1000.


  • Build and engage with your fans by sharing content consistently.


  • How to consistently move up the ladder of podcast guests.

SELL


  • Marketing as a service: Learn the art of ethical selling and marketing.


  • Empathy: Learn how to be in your students' shoes and to talk in a way that it resonates with them.


  • Trust, tension and enrolment: the pillars of your sales funnel.

REPEAT


  • Build accountability through Mastermind groups with your cohort.


  • Teach what you learned to pass the gift forward.


  • Keep making the change that you seek to make.

        After going through each session, my perspective towards life changed almost completely. Instead of hiding, I decide to show up. I have started investing time in something which I really love to do. I am becoming in-charge of my life.

I have spent the last 10 years finding the answer to what a career really means? It's been a journey of rejecting ready-made shallow answers. It's been a journey of curiosity, of standing out, of fighting the system.


I have seen rock-bottom and I have risen from there and built a career I am proud of working on every day. I have learnt the hard lessons the hard way. I have refused to surrender and fit-in and accept mediocrity.


I want to teach you things that have worked for me and my students. Each and every concept it vetted and effective.


It's not easy. But that's not what we are signing up for any way.


It's about showing up. It's about doing the work that matters to us.
