As a child of immigrants, I didn't have a lot of people who could advise me in the corporate job. Looking back on my career, I realize that my success stems from a simple principle: surrounding myself with people who had already achieved what I wanted and learning from them. I've always observed them, analyzed what made them successful, and adapted their approaches to my own style.

My day job is a Google Scaled Ops / Chief of Staff. On the side, I help Asians in Tech reach the next level by helping them kill their career demons.
