Joselle Deocampo-Gautam is a business executive, tech leader, and leadership advisor. She has a track record of leadership in large-scale global operations and driving strategic transformation.
Joselle co-founded and expanded PwC's Global Financial Services Innovation Center. Her work catalyzed digital transformation at the iconic consultancy. At LinkedIn she served as Finance P&L & Operations Leader and Chief of Staff for a $7 Billion business unit. As a member of the Engineering Executive Team for LinkedIn's largest business, she transformed P&L management, investment allocation, and global operations resulting in a product portfolio that drove double digit growth.
Joselle founded On Point, a leadership consultancy, with a mission to empower women and underrepresented leaders to lead with confidence and excellence.
She holds a M.B.A. from Chicago Booth, and a double B.A. cum laude from Bates College.

He has led multiple teams within Fortune 500 companies deliver solutions that accelerate change adoption and enable the workforce to achieve its business benefits and strategy.
Outside of Mercer, Sam is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.
