I fell in love with building digital products that solve a real problem for a real human.
I am a builder of products and have grown successful marketplace and ecommerce products:
- new product from 0 to 8,000 monthly transactions
- mobile product from 5 to 25M annual revenue
- increased ecommerce conversion rate from 3% to 9%
I know the entrepreneurial challenges that you face along the ride.
I am a continuous OKR learner and practitioner since 2016:
When experiencing a hyper growth phase as Head of Product at an ecommerce startup, we tried OKR — and it worked!

Course syllabus

Module 1: The Big Picture 🪐
- Start with Why: what do you want to achieve with OKR?
- Create your big picture: vision, mission and strategy
- All you need to know about OKR (but don't find on Google)

Module 2: Write your OKR ✍️
- Write your OKR set: meaningful, pragmatic, relevant
- Powerful wording for objectives and key results
- Do's and don'ts
- Feedback and sparring on OKR

Module 3: Launch OKR 🚀
- OKR as leadership, communication and alignment tool
- How involve your team
- Your OKR cycle, meetings and roles
- How to set up OKR for success
Course schedule
4-7 hours in one week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 90 minutes live sessions
10am PST / 2pm EST / 7pm CET
Three 90 minutes live session in zoom.
Compact input, action exercises and breakout sessions.
Weekly projects
1-2 hours per week
You'll spend 1-2 hours to work and refine your OKR project:
OKR wordings, setup and process.
Bonus: Personal 1:1 session with Theo

You can schedule a 45 minute 1:1 session to collab on your OKR wordings, setup and process. Or answer any of your questions.
Only available for the pilot cohort launching in December 2022.
