Now we have an idea that has been validated and is worth pursuing, we'll get into:

- Marketing and sales

This is what will make or break your startup. We'll dig deep into the best practices for running a company. From hiring and interviewing to product management and customer retention, you'll get everything you need to growth and sustain your startup.
Course schedule
3-5 hours per week
Tuesdays Weekly Planning, Thursday as Needed (Makeup for anyone who misses)
1:00pm - 2:00pm EST
The entire class will meet to cover what we will be doing that week.
Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays Group Coaching
2:00 - 2:30
You must attend one of these a week, but ideally, you attend all three.
Weekly Peer Coaching
1 hour per week
Once a week you will be matched with a different member of the class for coaching from a peer. In the first week, we will cover coaching best practices.
