WHY THIS COURSE?

Poorly managed change leads to many issues in organizations: low engagement, misalignment, churn, poor information transmission, lost context, demotivating results, rumors, waste, business disruption, and many more recognizable problems. But this can be avoided by leveraging the science of how we think, decide, and act.


In our consulting work with Fortune 500 and technology clients, we help them use insights and interventions from behavioral psychology and neuroscience to drive human-centric, evidence-based, and especially effective organizational change. In our experience, many of the leaders and managers who become responsible for driving large change initiatives are not adequately prepared or trained for this important and complex role. And basic change management training such as ProSci is a great start, but not enough to intuitively understand how people experience the change.


That's why we wrote 'The Dynamics of Business Behavior: An Evidence-Based Approach to Managing Organizational Change' (Wiley, 2024).
