LinkedIn Profile

I am an executive coach & leadership development consultant for “people first” leaders. I am on a mission to humanize our workplaces - one leader, one team, and one organization at a time. I believe that when we lead with care, create psychological safety and belonging, and bring humanity into our decisions, we can create superior results in which all stakeholders can win. I have coached over 100 leaders globally at several Fortune 500 companies across various levels and industries, and my clients include leaders at Adobe, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Geico, Marriott, and more. I have also led several group programs and workshops with individuals and organizations with components on self-leadership and leading others with care.

Prior to starting my own practice, I spent 15 years in management consulting and leading teams and projects at several tech companies, including LinkedIn, where I led the go-to-market efforts of one of LinkedIn’s largest and most complex product launches, managing over 100 stakeholders globally and was greatly recognized for my compassionate, results-oriented, collaborative and inclusive leadership.

LinkedIn Profile

Design is problem-solving, and I’m a problem-solver at heart. My Design career has been focused on the challenge of creating effortless user experiences and memorable communications. I’ve been a Senior Director at LinkedIn, leading a 50-person UX Design team that solved the challenge of building an enterprise product platform for a $4B business line. I’ve been the owner of a brand and marketing Design studio, applying creative solutions to successfully promote boutique brands. I’ve also been the sole UX Designer at a social e-commerce startup, wearing many strategic hats to grow the business through novel brand partnerships.

I love helping others tap into their problem-solving superpowers and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. I’ve taught Typography and Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design. I’m an ADPList mentor helping designers make the jump into management. I’m also a formerly terrified and now passionate public speaker who has presented at Product School, AIGA, Harvard WeCode, Grace Hopper, and more. The thread that connects all these experiences is my calling to champion people and the challenges we seek to solve through Design. I’m now focusing my problem-solving heart on coaching and championing the next generation of Leaders on making work more fair, positive, and easy to navigate for themselves and those they lead.
