Day 1
Let's dive straight in! We'll explore why are you here. What goes into negotiating an offer. When does the process begin and where are you in the process.

Day 2
We'll get into frameworks for negotiation and decision making. We'll then dive into what to negotiate and how to go about it.
We'll put all of our learning together, test it out, and use compensation planning tools to set you up for negotiation success.
