To increase investor interest, you'll develop a compelling VST that summarizes your 3-year business plan.

Most founders get distracted by the competition and fail to execute their vision. To increase focus, you'll identify 5-7 unique advantages allowing you to become a market leader.

Linking your VST to your GTM strategy

You may struggle to connect everyday tasks with your big picture vision. You'll work backward from your vision to create a detailed plan that you can execute at scale.

Currently, Mona is a partner at the investment and advisory firm Kings Circle Capital, where she invests in online marketplaces, digital assets, and real estate.


Mona is also the founder of Sol TV, a content platform for emotional wellness and mental health creators.


She is a frequent contributor to TechCrunch, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Thrive Global and the Amazon bestselling author of Startups and Downs: The Secrets of Resilient Entrepreneurs.

In this module, you’ll:

  • Learn how a VST strategy will help you better plan your startup’s future
  • Design a competitive moat that allows you to outperform competitors and fight off new entrants
  • Analyze good, bad, and ugly GTM examples to create your own strategy and limit your mistakes

Develop your bulletproof GTM strategy


In this module, you’ll:

  • Get a customizable toolkit to help you develop a killer VST, GTM, and competitive moat that will outshine your competitors 
  • Get a library of exemplary slides so that you can create more persuasive and thoughtful pitch decks

Evaluate and refine your GTM strategy


In this working session, you’ll:

  • Share your GTM strategy for analysis and get expert and peer feedback
  • Take part in brainstorming exercises and office hours to better communicate your strategy

04

Finalize your GTM strategy


In this module, you’ll:

  • Review successful GTM takeaways, discuss potential pitfalls, and map out the next steps for your startup
  • Identify methods for measuring success, failure, and how to make sound decisions about persevering or quitting
  • Get an opportunity to schedule a bonus 1:1 meeting to review your entire pitch deck
