Hi, I'm Emily. I'm a former marketing executive turned fund manager and advisor. I help early & growth stage SaaS startups build marketing functions as co-founder of MKT1.


Over the past 15 years, I've led marketing teams at Seed to Series E startups with $0 to $100M ARR. I built the marketing teams from scratch at Asana, Carta, Ticketfly (acquired by Eventbrite), and Astro (acquired by Slack). Websites have always been my favorite thing to work on and I've been involved in countless websites launches and redesigns in these roles—and since then I've worked with 50+ startups.


Why I started this workshop

I saw first hand the power of a well-converting website on overall growth at Asanawe hit double digit conversion rates on the homepage. I’ve since helped countless B2B startups improve their website by telling a better story, differentiating their product, optimizing for search, and improving their conversion flows. I want to help you do the same for your company.


I've also taught 4 cohorts of my month-long course, Building B2B Marketing, and the website-focused workshop is the standout session.
