Happiness is a choice. The key component is intentionally choosing it every day. You'll learn how to avoid being held hostage by your circumstances or seeking happiness in others or possessions.

We’ve all struggled with breakthroughs. Maybe you feel stuck, maybe you think things aren’t changing fast enough, or feel overwhelmed and stressed out all the time. You'll design a framework to master these feelings and realign your needs.

The fear of failure plagues 31% of people. It is the No. 1 reason why people don’t set goals or try new things. In some cases we need fear; it’s what keeps us alive. The danger comes when we let fear control our lives. You'll learn how to shift your perspective on failure.

Scott Lynch

Scott Lynch is the host of The Motivated Mind, a Spotify top 100 Mental Health podcast with over 4 million downloads. On December 27, 2015 he received a text that would change his life forever — his best friend had taken his own life.


For years Scott struggled to understand how he missed his pain, how he didn't see all that he was going through. This toxic thinking had him looking in the wrong places, blaming himself for the event, and clawing at the past, trying to pull time backwards.


Three years later it dawned on him: what he needed to do was create a platform to help those in darkness, help others shift their perspective, and to encourage others to look inward for elevation in order to see the best in themselves.

Getting To Know Yourself

We have every opportunity to live the life that we want, yet a majority of people are living a life that others want for them or just floating through life, putting them in a state of constant unhappiness. In this module, you’ll identify 12 things you should know about yourself and how to start becoming honest with yourself.

Growth Mindset VS Fixed Mindset

Our perspective either helps us create the life we want and the person we want to become, or it cripples us into a fixed mindset. People with a fixed mindset seek approval, while those with a growth mindset seek development. Here you'll develop a deep understanding of your self-limitations that will enable you to unlock a growth mindset.

Turning Your Failures Into Opportunities

Failure comes in many different forms, from getting fired, financial hardship, to missing an opportunity. It's only natural that while we strive for growth, we ultimately face additional challenges, adding bruises to the muscle of success. In this module, you’ll work through 9 tactics to morph your failures into opportunities.

Implementing The 5 Pillars of A Growth Mindset

A strong mindset is a common trait amongst the world's best performers in any category, which isn't an easy feat - we're breaking the mold and taking a bold and new direction. This takes a mindset of inner strength, fortitude, and self-control. Here you'll develop a tailored 5-step blueprint of a growth mindset and how to apply these mechanics.
