Patrick Ewers is the founder and CEO of Mindmaven, an executive coaching firm that's spent the last decade working with 100's of leaders, including unicorns like Thumbtack, Reddit, and Roblox, as well as heavy hitters such as Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
The idea for Mindmaven was born during a 10-day silent meditation retreat at a Buddhist monastery in Thailand that Patrick attended while on a 10-month trek through the continents bordering the Pacific (ask him about it!). Patrick's work is centered on helping leaders feel more alive and energized by the work that they do, and empowering them to create feedback loops that promote happiness and fulfillment in their lives.

Chalyse is a Senior Coach at Mindmaven where she focuses on helping leaders get more breakthrough opportunities out of their network. She does this by initially helping leaders become more productive and leveraged with their time.
