In this course, we'll break down what the healthiest brains have in common, why you're modern lifestyle is slowly killing you, and what you can do to build a healthier, happier you. Every week, you'll be introduced to new challenges designed to improve your discipline, level up your focus, and make you feel more energized.


In the end, you may not end up becoming a Shaolin monk or mountain yogi (yet), but you'll practice new tools that will improve your mental fitness and help you seize the day.

    Hi, I'm Mike. I've spent the last 15 years designing behavior change initiatives to inspire the masses to live healthier, happier lives for projects up to $120M USD. I've advised CEOs, executives, governments, and organizations such as UNICEF, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Saves the Children, and Habitat for Humanity. I've also given talks on behavioral science at WPO/YPO, Skoll World Forum, and Google X.


    More importantly, I'm just like you. For years, I ate horribly, drank too much, didn't exercise, procrastinated, and struggled with my weight. Trust me, I know how hard it is to change.
