Hi, I'm Mike. I've spent the last 15 years designing behavior change initiatives to inspire the masses to live healthier, happier lives for projects up to $120M USD. I've advised CEOs, executives, governments, and organizations such as UNICEF, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Saves the Children, and Habitat for Humanity. Online, asynchronous learning. Most lessons have different videos that are around 10-12 minutes. Expect 1-2 hours of content per week.
Experiment on your own during the week
You will apply your learnings to your daily life. Each 'project' is like a 10-minute micro-assignment. They vary from reflective journal exercises to short commitments on how you will incorporate the lessons into your life.
