  • Brain Reboot Modules and Lessons

    1-2 hours asynchronous learning per week

    Online, asynchronous learning. Most lessons have different videos that are around 10-12 minutes. Expect 1-2 hours of content per week.

  • Projects

    Experiment on your own during the week

    You will apply your learnings to your daily life. Each 'project' is like a 10-minute micro-assignment. They vary from reflective journal exercises to short commitments on how you will incorporate the lessons into your life.

  • Accountability Check-in Calls
