Today, I lead employee wellbeing for a Top 15 U.S. health system, and I coach leaders at high-growth companies such as Salesforce, Accenture, and Target.

Several years ago, though, I languished professionally while facing diagnoses of chronic fatigue and HPA-axis dysfunction, an autoimmune flare-up…and toxic mold-related sickness that exacerbated everything.

I took a yearlong sabbatical to rest, recover, and renew...and my connection with purpose powered my possibilities.
