21 Day Mindfulness Challenge
Founder of This is Candor | Meditation Teacher and Mindful Leadership Coach
I’m a meditation teacher and mindful leadership coach with a background as an entrepreneur, leading marketing at a venture capital firm, and helping scale startups.
For the past ten years, I’ve developed my meditation and mindfulness practice alongside my career. In 2012 I completed yoga teacher training in India and am continuing my growth in a two-year mindfulness meditation teacher training taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield through Sounds True and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
I understand firsthand how transformative mindfulness is for performance, leadership, and resilience. It’s helped propel my career and supported me through chronic pain and a traumatic brain injury.

There will be a ~10-15 minute meditation followed by journalling and guided breakout sessions

8:00am - 9:00am PST
Once per week, starting on day 1, we'll meet for 60 minutes for deeper learning, assessments, and conversation.
