Course syllabus

01

Find course-market fit

A great course is a catalyst for transformation. First, you need to identify what your course is about, who it's for, and what transformation you want to create. Using our proven frameworks and templates, you'll shape your positioning and ship your course landing page.

02

Develop your content

Your curriculum is a roadmap for how your students will get from point A to B. Using our templates, you’ll write compelling learning objectives, design interactive learning exercises, and explore different curriculum formats with real-world examples. You’ll develop a syllabus that helps your students learn & do.

03

Create engaging lessons

Most courses focus too much on the why. Great courses focus on the how. In this module, you’ll dissect the building blocks of an effective lesson, so you can implement active learning tactics like state changes and breakouts in your own course.

04

Market & sell your cohort-based course

You don’t need to be a marketer or have millions of followers to fill your next cohort. You should play the long game of building your audience while implementing proven sales tactics to put butts in seats. By the end of this course, you will create a marketing plan and workback calendar so you can have a successful launch.

05

Build and engage your course community

Students come for the content but stay for the community. It’s an incredible opportunity for them to engage with like-minded people, seeking a similar outcome. By engaging in our instructor community, you’ll discover ways to build psychological safety and peer learning so students can learn from each other.

06

Demo Day

You'll teach a 10 minute lesson and get feedback from your peers and TAs. This is a unique opportunity to practice what you've learned, so you can build confidence in your delivery.
