What we'll cover

Day One - Research Affinity Map and Jobs To Be Done

Extract insights from customers, stakeholders, market research and relevant trends research and cluster them into themes. Reframe these as Jobs To Be Done.

Day Two - Opportunity Matrix and Strategy Canvas Ideation

Map out where the biggest opportunity lies, where we think is currently least well served, where the most pain is felt, and if there's a cluster of Jobs that make a natural strategic fit.

Day Three - Stress Test Assumptions and Refine the Strategy

Provide a brief description for each module as a way to sell the value of what students will be learning throughout the course.

Day Four - Category Design

The most successful startups don't try to compete in a market where they're "the best". They're focussed on being the leader of a new category. Define "what’s the new and different market that we want to become known for?” and “what do we stand for that’s different from everyone else?".

Day Five - Experiment Lab: Minimum Viable Tests
