Learn the framework to discover the right idea, the right market and the right business model - and save time, money and heartache.
Course overview
If you've got a new product or startup idea, don't rush into building an MVP. Learn the strategy design methods I've used with startups and corporates to significantly improve your odds of success - before you even start thinking about the product or building anything.
01
Startup founders who want to think critically about the focus and impact potential of their business.
02
Early-stage entrepreneurs who want to transform an idea into a validated holistic plan.
03
Product leaders who want to make a big bang with their next innovation.
Your strategy and business model IS your product
Get right what the vast majority of founders and product people get wrong: a deliberate focus on your strategy, up front, significantly increases the odds of success and reduces the time to demonstrate traction.
Prepare for a reality check: your idea may need some rethinking.
Be prepared to pivot. If you're open-minded about what you should be focused on and the direction you should take, you'll love this course. It'll help remove any subconscious biases that have crept into your idea.
A plan on how to test your riskiest assumptions and demonstrate traction.
Prioritise what really needs to be validated to de-risk your business model, and design experiments you can run right away.
Everything you need to run a Strategy Sprint with your team.
You'll get all the slides and Miro templates we go through in the course.
