Build real AI product sense & judgment — and prove it in AI PM interviews

AI PM interviews have quietly changed — and many strong PMs are failing them for reasons that have nothing to do with intelligence or experience.

Candidates are no longer evaluated on clean frameworks alone. Interviewers are looking for AI product judgment: how you reason under uncertainty, make tradeoffs, think about failure modes, evaluation, and explain why a decision makes sense in an AI context. Most PMs were never trained to articulate this — even if they already work with AI.

This course exists to close that gap.

You’ll practice real AI product sense and execution scenarios, get 1-1 coaching from experienced Silicon Valley AI product leaders, and receive 1-1 engineering support to take an idea from concept to a working product. This isn’t about slides or theory — it’s about developing judgment and being able to prove it.

If you’ve ever left an interview feeling like “they didn’t quite see how I think,” this lab is designed for you. By the end, you’ll have sharper AI product intuition, a concrete product story you can reference, and the confidence to defend your decisions in high-stakes AI PM interviews.

What you’ll learn

Learn to think, decide, and communicate like an AI PM — turning interviews into proof of real product judgment.

  • Learn how to reason under uncertainty, imperfect data, and model limitations

  • Practice tradeoffs across UX, risk, cost, and system behavior

  • Know when not to use AI and how to explain that confidently

  • Apply AI-specific product sense frameworks (not generic PM templates)

  • Answer open-ended questions with clarity, structure, and depth

  • Show how you think, not just what you know

  • Work 1-1 with engineering support from idea to working product

  • Use your product as concrete proof in interviews

  • Receive tailored coaching from experienced AI PM leaders

  • Identify and fix gaps in your thinking before interviews expose them

  • Build confidence through real practice and direct feedback

  • Design evaluation frameworks beyond accuracy and latency

  • Define success when ground truth is fuzzy or unavailable

  • Communicate risks, failure modes, and mitigation strategies
