Dr. Jason Xiaotian Dou is the Founder of Marbella Education. The mission of Marbella Education is to bridge the AI literacy gap by providing accessible, comprehensive, and engaging educational resources. It aims to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to navigate and thrive in an AI-driven world. Marbella Education is currently incubated at the Harvard Innovation Labs. Dr. Dou has been a Postdoc Research Fellow in AI at Harvard. He did a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh working on Machine Learning with applications in Healthcare, Biology, Mobile, Finance, Social Science, and Operations.

Motivated by a rich family heritage in healthcare—stemming from physician parents and pharmacist grandparents—he seamlessly blends traditional medical wisdom with modern entrepreneurial strategies.

Dr. Xu is the Founder and CEO of 111sign.com, an innovative AI-empowered design company. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Dr. Xu did undergraduate studies at Peking University Health Science Center and the University of Vienna and got an M.D. in Clinical Pathology and Gynecologic Oncology from the Medical University of Vienna. She formerly worked at the Vienna General Hospital, Whale Imagine, and Adicet Bio. She serves as the chairman of the Global Surgical Doctors Foundation and has been an active early-stage Investor.

Fiona Zhang is the founder and CEO of AvaPlus, a cutting-edge software AI company that leverages digital avatars to enhance content creation. She is also the co-founder of ZLead, a global incubator based in Shanghai, and the founder of Visionlist Commons, a Chinese entrepreneurial community with over 2,000 founders. With extensive experience in entrepreneurship, investment, and artificial intelligence, Fiona has built a diverse portfolio of ventures and actively engages in the startup ecosystem. She holds a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration, as well as a degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from the University of Southern California. After a brief stint as a product manager and software engineer at Microsoft, Fiona transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship, driven by her passion for innovation and technology.
