One of the most challenging parts of transitioning from founder to leader is getting your ideas out of your brain on paper. We'll document and challenge your mission and vision until it's something your team can recite in their sleep.

A plan and framework for company documentation.

Documentation is vital, whether your team is remote, in person, or hybrid. You'll leave with an understanding of what an internal wiki should look and feel like, and a framework to build on to set your team up for success.

Objectives and key metric goals for your major milestones.

Setting goals is the hardest and most important thing you can do as a leader. You'll leave this course with a set of objectives and measurable goals to communciate to your team, setting your company up for fundraising-worthy progress.

A hiring plan that you feel confident in executing against.

Hiring and building a team is more than just finding people with the skill sets you lack. We'll identify the personality types and human beings you need to attract and close in order to set yourself up for maximum results.
