Over the past 20+ years, I have worked in hospitality sales, advertising, digital marketing, and PR for a wide variety of clients and industries - most recently as an educator of junior and senior undergrad college students.

Interestingly, the projects, client work, and accomplishments I am most proud of all share an essential common thread. In every one of those chapters, I was directly serving people. That particular ah-ha moment was the nugget that became Make Words Do Things.
