Identify your Evangelists. They're more than just ambassadors or influencers. They're your everyday user hiding in multiple areas within your ecosystem. You will identify multiple sets of evangelists in this course.
Engage
Create strategies to engage your customers to turn them into Evangelists. Define, evaluate and document the personas of your Evangelists. Create multiple engagement strategies based on what motivates each persona.
Empower
Activate your Evangelists with the right tools and resources to speak about your company. You've identified and engaged your Evangelists. Now it's time to gather testimonials, equip them with stories, connections, and necessary tools to refer your business to others.
Amplify
Evaluate strategies to amplify your Evangelists' voices to create more Evangelists. Now that we have Evangelists out in the world, let's celebrate them and increase their brand affinity. Use this excitement to create a new revenue-generating flywheel.
