Dan Leavitt

Founder & Chief Levity Officer (CLO) at Leavity Systems

Dan has spent over 20 years in corporate learning, leadership development, and professional coaching. While his childhood dream was to be a writer for Saturday Night Live (SNL), he’s found this whole L&D thing to be a solid fallback. He believes every great facilitator and coach is 1/3 amateur stand-up comedian, 1/3 ex-theater kid, and 1/3 self-styled academic. It should be noted; however, there’s currently no empirical evidence to back this theory.

During his career, he’s been lucky to work with some of the world’s best leaders at iconic brands like Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Facebook, and Instagram. He’s worked as an influential individual contributor, manager, and director, supporting all levels, from frontline staff to C-Suite leaders. Today he continues this work as the founder of Leavity Systems.

He lives in Southern California’s Inland Empire. He has three sons, two stepsons, one wife, and one semi-pet/stray cat.
